Say goodbye to scanning through rows of data to spot what matters. ALPHACAM 2025.1 introduces Reports with Conditional Formatting, allowing you to visually highlight key values, missing operations, or toolpath warnings.

Whether you’re flagging a part with no machining, drawing attention to material types, or marking incomplete jobs, conditional formatting helps reduce errors and improve communication between your programming team and the shop floor.

You’ll see coloured parts and nested sheets in the reports, making it much easier to catch layout inconsistencies before they hit the floor.

The new Automation Manager workflow improvements are built to do more of the heavy lifting for you—while giving you better visibility into potential issues before they become costly.

Here’s what’s new:

• Show Missing Machining Styles to quickly identify incomplete setups
• Highlight Unused Setups so nothing falls through the cracks
• Multi-select job processing for handling batch files faster
• Minimum 3D Bounding Box Alignment, which improves nesting accuracy and material efficiency

These updates mean fewer interruptions, better material yield, and smoother batch processing—all without adding steps to your workflow.

Better Visual Feedback for Saw Operations

Saw operations now come with an enhanced visual experience thanks to the new Saw Display option. It gives you a scaled preview of saw cuts, blade direction, and cut depth. Toolpaths are easier to verify, and entry/exit points are clearly defined.

Plus, Ghost Tools are now colour-coded to match their associated geometry, giving you an even better understanding of how everything interacts inside your job file.
