We start with a call or a visit from one of our consultants, to get to know your business, your dreams, your struggles and what you want from your new software purchase.

Based on the size of your business and the type of projects you do, we set you up with one of our techs to show you a demo of what our software can do for you. We know you’ve got big expectations! We’re not worried, our solutions are up to the task.

With your feedback and specific needs in mind, your consultant builds a custom quote, including training time to get your staff started on the right foot, a bank of tech support hours for peace of mind, and a Software Maintenance Plan to protect your investment and unlock extra support and future version releases.

You’re on a tight budget? Or you need this software yesterday? We get it. We have a variety of payment options available, including financing and terms. We truly believe this investment will make a difference for you and your business and we want to help you make it.

No need to wait for a DVD! Our admin team will send you your licensing information and codes, so your software can be installed as soon as you’re ready.

Our admin team will reach out to you to schedule your software installation – online or onsite (or you can do it yourself, if you’re into that kind of thing).

If you have a machine, or a whole bunch of them (that have already been set up by the machinery dealer)

• We’ll ask you for some basic info about the machine(s) so we can write the post code or NC link
• We’ll schedule your implementation, either online or onsite, and will ensure you can cut panels with your new software (it’s like hitting the ‘print’ button!)

Our admin team will work with you to schedule the sessions included your personalized training plan. Let’s get to work.
