In this video, I cover how to add door notes, added via a UCS (listed below) to an existing door list report (in this example I used DL002). I use the following software in the video:

Here is the UCS that I used to add the notes to the doors. Just a note, if you are using an assembly that has nothing but drawers, then you may recieve incorrect values, use at your own risk:
