On Thursday, November 12th, hundreds of members of the AFDICQ gathered virtually for a night of musical fun with popular Québec musical performer, Gregory Charles.

We look forward to industry association events every year. It’s an important time for us to catch up with fellow industry professionals, and is always met with incredible shop tours and other learning opportunities. Manufacturing trends and technologies are quickly evolving, and we love bringing the industry together to celebrate successes, discuss relevant industry issues and check in with clients.

This year, as you know, is very different. And we are left uncertain about when our associations will be able to host in-person events again.

This last Thursday, November 12th, the AFDICQ community was reunited with a virtual concert starring Québec Musical Performer Gregory Charles and his musicians, with requests pouring in from all kinds of different artists and genres.

We also had the opportunity to hear from several industry members who played a big roll in making this virtual celebration come to life.

Although we were reunited virtually, we still had the opportunity to see some familiar faces, and were reminded that we really are in this together, with an incredible industry that understands the challenges that kitchen cabinet makers are facing.

With two full hours of excellent musical requests and important messages from important members of the association, it was a nice reminder that even though you may have viewed it from the comfort of your own home, a glass of wine in hand – we truly are all in this together.
